Growth Graph
A Patient Growth Graph is the graphical display of physical growth of a patient over a period of time. The graph is system-generated based upon Vitals recorded in a Patient Chart during each visit. It helps the clinician to monitor if the patient’s growth is following the Normal Pattern.
1. Height-Age and Weight-Age (Birth to 36 months) (Length-for-age and Weight-for-age percentiles (Birth to 36 months)
2. Weight-Height and Age-Head Circumference (Birth to 36 months) (Head circumference-for-age and Weight-for-length percentiles (Birth to 36 months)
3. Weight-Height (Weight for Stature Percentiles)
4. Height-Age and Weight-Age (2-20 years) (Stature-for-age and Weight-for-age percentiles (2-20 years)
5. BMI-Age (Body Mass Index-for-age percentiles) Weight-Height
Growth Graphs are specific to two phases in the life cycle:
1.Neonate to 36 months of age.
2.Over 36 months of age.
